Mary Angeline Shaw, based in the Firm’s Albany office, practices in the area of estate planning, probate and the administration of estates and trusts, as well as taxation and corporate law. Her practice has a focus on elder law and special needs trust planning, including Medicaid, SSI, SSDI and other means tested benefits. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia’s Franklin College of Arts and Sciences in 2022 and a Juris Doctor from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2025. Mary currently resides at Lake Blackshear.
