Planning Commission Paves Way for New Albany Restaurant & Hotel

Pending final approval by the Albany City Commission, the city of Albany will be getting a new restaurant and six-story hotel along Nottingham Way soon.
The Albany-Dougherty Planning Commission paved the way for the new establishments by approving separate rezoning and variance requests by Sherwood Properties LLC Thursday afternoon. The rezoning request must get final approval from the City Commission.
