Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Board Approves Form 990 for 2014-15

An outline of the investment made by Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital to its employees and the community was given through the most recent Form 990 approved by the hospital’s Board of Directors on Wednesday.
The form, prepared by Draffin and Tucker, was recommended for approval by the hospital’s finance committee. It covers the tax year Aug. 1, 2014-July 31, 2015.
