I’m Casey Oosterveen with Albany Electric & Albany Plumbing.  We’ve been a local-based company for the past 30 years.  Today I want to talk with you about our service delivery system that we have for all of our service technicians.  It’s a  new high-tech kind of computerized system that when you call our company that you’re only going to talk with one person and we’re going to handle the rest.  We ask that you call in, give us your problems, and we will go from there.  We’ll have a manager or a technician contact you within an hour to set an appointment time up with you.  We will always stay in touch.  We like to email and send you all of our information with pictures of our technicians and vans that will be coming to your house.

We offer all types of services including electrical but also plumbing.  We offer data services which is home networks, CCTVs, intercom systems, home alarm systems, plus our normal electrical work for any type of servicing or remodeling systems.  Along with our residential servicing, we also perform commercial servicing for all size businesses and industrial plants, which includes light maintenance, plumbing maintenance, any type of maintenance that may be needed, also additions.  If you need receptacles, phone lines, data lines, any kind of electrical low-voltage systems that need to be maintenanced or serviced, we handle that.

As far as plumbing, we can repair any leaks, unclog stopped drain lines.  We can do a maintenance plan on your facility.  We have licensed plumbers that have 15 years’ experience, and we try to respond within three hours of any kind of emergency calls to keep you as our customer a happy customer.
