Hello. I’m Jimmy Wilson with HeritageBank of the South. I’m Market President in their Lee County office. We established this Lee County office back in August of 2011. We felt like Lee County just right outside of Albany was, you know, one of the growing areas in South Georgia. Today I’d like to talk to you a little bit about lending. I’m cautiously optimistic about the economy. It seems like at this time people are starting to reinvest in their business, reinvest in capital expenditures. As far as what I’ve observed in lending, probably over the last couple of years when the economic downturn started, people were just very cautious about borrowing any money. And here, probably in the last couple of months, you know, we’ve seen individuals wanting to reinvest in their business. And recently, just to give a small example, with the recent uptake in the economy, you know, we’ve seen in the agricultural sector people are starting to reinvest in land, reinvest in equipment, and that is certainly helping the economy. And we here at Heritage Bank are here to help with those needs.
