Hi, my name is Erin Whatley, and I am catering sales manager for the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Albany, Georgia. Today I'd like to talk to you about some of the services that we offer here at the hotel. Hilton Garden Inn Albany is unique in that we have the Albany Conference Center attached to the hotel, which, altogether, gives us around 13,000 square feet of meeting space. We can accommodate anything from a small business meeting with six individuals to a banquet of 500 attendees, which gives us a lot of flexibility in the kind of events that we can offer our clients. We love our corporate clients, corporate day meetings. We also have a lot of social events at the hotel as well, with on‑site catering, and we have a great service staff that will make any event a huge success here at the hotel.

Additionally, of course, we have 122 guest rooms, which gives us the capability to host large groups and conferences, partnering with the Civic Center on larger events.

As well, we have the Great American Grill, our on‑site restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, lunch Mondays through Fridays from 11:00 to 2:00, and breakfast and dinner every day. So our lunch is something that we really enjoy trying to gear toward our business clients downtown. We really like to make it a fast meal for them, something that they can grab and go, maybe eat in 30 minutes, just to get out of the office. It's a really good meal. We have anything from sandwiches to a soup‑and‑salad bar to a pasta station. It's all cooked to order right in front of you. We really are proud of that, because our business customers can come in and eat and go.

We really have a lot to offer here at Hilton Garden Inn Albany. We have event space for your social events, for your corporate events, as well as guest rooms and a great restaurant, and it's all right here in downtown Albany, one of the up‑and‑coming places here in the community.
