I'm Bill Lovvorn, and I'm the new general manager for America's Home Place here in Albany. I'm not new with America's Home Place, but I'm new in Albany. I came here from the Macon market, and I am delighted to be here. I've always visited this area. I've loved the people here. I love the fact that what we do fits this market so well. We build homes on people's property. We build on family land, people who buy a lot, people who buy some acreage. This area is surrounded with acreage, and it gives us just an awesome opportunity to continue to grow and expand. Over the last four or five years as market conditions have demanded, of course we have expanded and do more custom work than we used to.

My wife and I are delighted to be in the Albany area. She has a great job here with an exciting company that's growing, and we're going to grow this business at America's Home Place. We've just been quietly moving along over the years without too many ups and downs, but the opportunity is really here now. Land is plentiful in the market area. People are available in the market area. Lending is available in the market area.

I'm so enjoying already getting to know people and business owners in the market, and we look forward to becoming more involved with the community, and frankly, to giving back. America's Home Place loves to give back, and we'll do more of that as time goes on here in Albany. I know our business is going to grow.

We can feel it. We're already being pushed and having all sorts of people come and talk to us. So we are looking forward to growing and expanding and being part of the growth that we'll see here in the Albany area in this Southwest Georgia market area.

As the new general manager here in Albany, I can't wait to meet as many people as possible. Please come by and say hello, and know this. We'll do anything we can to earn your trust to build you a new home, and I'll be here to make sure it gets done right.
