Customer satisfaction at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport gets low marks compared with the largest airports in the United States, according to a new survey by J.D. Power.

Atlanta ranks No. 15 (tied with Bush Airport in Houston) among 20 so-called mega airports in the United States. Only Charlotte, Denver, Newark, and Chicago's O'Hare have worse rankings, according to the study. 

Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport ranks highest in passenger satisfaction among mega airports for a third consecutive year. Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport ranks second, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport ranks third.
