Albany State University (ASU) will host the second installment of its 2026 President’s Speaking Series on Thursday, August 27, featuring nationally recognized entrepreneur and community leader Devon M. Henry, CEO of Team Henry Enterprises and TH Logistics. The event, focused on Business and Entrepreneurial Success, will begin at 6 p.m. in the Billy C. Black Auditorium on East Campus and is open to the public.

The President’s Speaking Series brings accomplished leaders and influential voices to Albany State University to engage students and the broader community in conversations that connect leadership, professional development, and real-world experiences.

Henry is a nationally recognized entrepreneur, community leader, and accomplished orator based in Richmond, Virginia. With more than 20 years of business leadership experience, he is the Founder and CEO of Team Henry Enterprises, an award-winning contracting firm, and TH Logistics, a global packaging and supply-chain company.

Henry gained national recognition for overseeing the safe removal and relocation of more than two dozen 19th-century bronze statues throughout the southeastern United States. His work has demonstrated how entrepreneurship can intersect with community development, social impact, and inclusive communities.

A graduate of Norfolk State University, Henry has received numerous honors for his business and humanitarian leadership. In 2025, Norfolk State University named its iconic communications tower the Devon M. Henry Communications Tower and later awarded him an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters. He also established an endowment that has supported more than 50 Team Henry Scholars.

Through his business ventures, philanthropy, and public service, Henry continues to demonstrate how purposeful leadership and entrepreneurship can create lasting economic and community impact.
