Commissioner Russell Gray Elected Chair of Dougherty County Board of Health

District 4 Commissioner Russell Gray has been elected as the chair of the Dougherty County Board of Health.
Gray, who previously served as vice chair, succeeds Dr. Bernie Scoggins, who served as chair of the Board of Health and is stepping down from his role as county physician.

As chair, Gray will work alongside board members and public health officials to guide policy, support programs, and address ongoing and emerging health needs across Dougherty County.
