Applebee's Franchisee Files Bankruptcy, Closes Albany Location

An Atlanta-based Applebee's franchisee has filed for bankruptcy, leading to restaurant closures in Georgia and Florida.
Neighborhood Restaurant Partners Florida filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on March 24 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, citing financial challenges and rising operating costs.
Court documents show the company has between $10 million and $50 million in liabilities.
