More than 80 Dougherty County Life Lab Gifted Program students visited Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany to learn basic crime scene skills and tactics on January 6.

The Marine Corps Police Department Criminal Investigation Division, with support from the Albany Police Department and Georgia Bureau of Investigation, created this youth crime scene program to provide practical exercises and instruction for crime scene processing, photography and fingerprinting, in line with the students' curriculum.

Students were also treated to a Military Working Dog demonstration.
