County Leaders Consider New Plans To Rebuild Turtle Grove Park

Leaders in Dougherty County heard new plans to rebuild Turtle Grove Park at a County Commission meeting on Aug. 11. At the meeting, a company pitched a new playground.
Turtle Grove Park in downtown Albany was originally built in 2003. 22 years later, the park is still standing but in need of some major work.
