Mrs. Snead was most recently our Retention Coordinator and prior to that she was at Albany State University. She worked in Enrollment Management at ASU, overseeing critical student services, and has built a strong track record in process improvement and student-focused initiatives. A double alumna of Albany State University and holder of an MBA from Valdosta State University, Snead is also an accomplished entrepreneur and active community leader, including service with the Junior League of Albany, GA.

“These two leaders bring outstanding skill sets, deep dedication to student success, and a vision that aligns perfectly with our mission,” said Jerri Carroll, Vice President for Student Affairs. “Courtney’s ability to connect with students and build meaningful partnerships, paired with Niquacha’s expertise in academic records and retention, will strengthen our ability to serve students from their first point of contact through graduation.”
