Flint Community Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Alison Trotter to Group Vice President / Director of Deposit Operations. Alison has been a valued member of the Flint team for 8 years, beginning her career as a teller and most recently serving as Vice President and Manager of Deposit Operations.

Alison’s promotion reflects her exceptional leadership, deep knowledge of deposit operations, and unwavering commitment to Flint’s mission of exceeding expectations through servant leadership and community-centered service.

When she’s not at the bank, Alison enjoys reading, gardening, spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two children, Lauren and Collins, especially at the beach.
