Taylor Jenkins Named VP - Commercial Lender & Director of Retail Banking at Flint Community Bank

Flint Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Taylor Jenkins to Group Vice President – Commercial Lender & Director of Retail Banking. In this expanded role, Jenkins will continue to drive the bank’s commercial lending initiatives while also overseeing retail banking operations, ensuring an exceptional banking experience for customers and the community.
Previously Vice President & Commercial Lender, Jenkins has been a part of community banking for over 10 years and with Flint Community Bank since 2015. Throughout his career with Flint, Taylor has held the roles of: Assistant Banking Officer & Consumer Lender, Banking Officer & Small Business Banker, Assistant Vice President of Professional & Small Business Banking, and Retail Banking Center Manager. Jenkins is a graduate of the 2020 Class of Leadership Lee, a graduate of the 2022 Class Leadership Albany, and an Honor Graduate of the 2024 Graduating Class of the Georgia Bankers Associations’ Georgia Banking School at the University of Georgia. Taylor is also a graduate of the Community Bankers Association of Georgia’s Consumer & Commercial Banking Schools and a graduate of the CBA of Georgia’s Inaugural Community Banking Leadership Academy.

Outside of banking, Jenkins currently serves as Chair of The Albany Area Chamber of Commerce’s Investor Engagement Committee, Vice Chair and Programming Chair for Leadership Albany, and a Program Advisor for Flint Community Bank’s Junior Board of Directors. Taylor loves traveling, attending concerts, reading books, and learning something new. When not in the office, you can most often find him spending time at the lake with his wife, their son, and his family and friends.
