Albany State University Offers New Master of Science in Integrated Biotechnology

Albany State University (ASU) announces the launch of the new Master of Science in Integrated Biotechnology, set to begin in Spring 2025. This degree is designed to prepare students for a successful career in the rapidly growing biotech sector.

As the first STEM degree offered by the Department of Natural Sciences, this fully online program stands out for its academic rigor and relevance in today’s job market. Students will have the opportunity to choose from two specialized areas of concentration: the biomedical track, which focuses on health-related applications, and the environmental track, which addresses ecological and sustainability challenges. With the flexibility to complete the degree in just two years or four semesters, ASU ensures that our students can balance their studies with personal and professional commitments.
