Student travel experts at Rustic Pathways analyzed the average number of monthly Google searches for terms related to vacations in over 50 different countries. Using search terms such as ‘Japan flights’ and ‘Italy vacation package,’ they determined the most common dream vacations in Georgia.

#1. Mexico
Terms related to a vacation in Mexico have an average monthly search volume of 7,160. From the stunning beaches of Cabo San Lucas to the rich cultural heritage of Mexico City, there's something here for everyone. It is home to Chichén Itzá, one of the seven wonders of the world. It is a complex of ancient Mayan ruins, a must-see attraction for anybody who visits. From street tacos to upscale dining, Mexico is also known for its fresh and flavorful food. Coupled with a favorable exchange rate, these factors make Mexico an attractive destination for many.

Vacations to Japan have a monthly search volume of 4,407. Known for its blend of ancient tradition and modern innovation, it is on many people’s bucket lists.
