Missie Mendoza, a dedicated member of the Bishop Clean Care team, was recently promoted to General Manger after nearly 30 years of exceptional service with the company.

Starting at the front desk in 1996, Mendoza has continually evolved within the organization as she progressed through various roles, including accounting and janitorial operations management. In 2019, she assumed the Director of Operations position, combining her accounting expertise with operational leadership. Now appointed as General Manager, Mendoza will leverage her extensive experience to oversee daily business operations, drive growth strategies and continue to manage the company's accounting needs.

Reflecting on her tenure at Bishop Clean Care, Mendoza highlighted the warm and collaborative work environment. "We all work well together and strive to give our best for our customers and co-workers,” she said. “Bishop has some really great employees that have been with the company for a long time due in part to the welcoming environment."

As General Manager, Mendoza looks forward to streamlining operations, supporting new business endeavors and continuing her journey of professional growth within the company.
