Dougherty County Commissioner Victor Edwards and his newly formed Citizens Advisory Committee will meet to take review of the current vegetation ordinance in collaboration with Code Enforcement, City and County Commissioners, and concerned citizens.  

“It is important to maintain a well-balanced and eye pleasing environment for the citizens of Dougherty County, said District 2 Commissioner Victor Edwards, “The vegetation ordinance plays a crucial role in achieving this objective by addressing issues related to landscaping, tree preservation, and overall green spaces within the community.” 

The purpose of this initiative is to gather valuable input from various stakeholders to enhance and strengthen the existing ordinance.
