United Way Launches Anti-violence Initiatives for Students in Dougherty, Terrell Counties

Teenagers these days, like everyone else over the past few years, have been through a lot, including a pandemic that kept them at home for long periods of time and a 2020 surge in violent crime.
With those statistics in mind, the United Way of Southwest Georgia is looking to engage young people in programs focusing on mental health and violence-reduction.
