Dennis Moore, a dedicated member of the Bishop Clean Care team, reached an impressive milestone in May 2023, celebrating 30 years of exceptional service to the company.

Moore's journey at Bishop Clean Care began in 1993 as a young father in need of a job. Initially faced with the challenge of no available position, Moore was determined to create his own opportunity. He promised to generate more accounts at Bishop within six months. This tenacious spirit impressed then owner Patti Savelle, who gave him the chance to prove himself, which he quickly did.

With a passion for growth and entrepreneurship, Dennis wasted no time making his mark within the company. He witnessed Bishop Clean Care's expansion from a few janitorial accounts to over 100 in just a few years, demonstrating his commitment to driving success and building the business. Along the way, Dennis embraced new skills, including specialized trauma and cleanup techniques, and developed management and hiring skills, equipping him to effectively lead and mentor his colleagues. Over the years, Moore worked his way up to his current position as V.P of Sales.

Beyond the company's achievements, Dennis values the strong sense of family that permeates Bishop Clean Care's culture. Reflecting on his years with the company, Moore credits the patience and grace of Patti Savelle, and later Jud and Jenny Savelle, for enabling his personal growth and accomplishments.

“I was given an opportunity that some don’t get,” he said, “and I am incredibly grateful for the patience and grace that the Savelles showed me, along with their belief in my abilities. Working for Bishop has been a life changing experience.”

As Moore celebrates his 30-year anniversary with Bishop Clean Care, he looks to the future with enthusiasm and gratitude. He remains committed to being a positive example for his family, including his son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, and three grandchildren, as well as for anyone else he encounters. With his loving and supportive wife, Mandy, by his side, Moore has not only excelled in his professional life but has also achieved notable success as a triathlete, competing in several world championship events.
