Albany Area Chamber’s 113th Annual Meeting Rescheduled for Wednesday, May 3rd

Staff Report

Thursday, April 27th, 2023

It’ll hardly be Chamber of Commerce weather this Thursday, for which severe thunderstorms are predicted. As such, the Albany Area Chamber’s 113th annual meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 3.

The outdoor event celebrates accomplishments, shares how the Chamber will continue to move businesses forward throughout the year ahead and shines the light on the Chamber’s most engaged leaders and those who have worked to make a positive impact on Albany and the Albany Area.

The 2023 annual meeting, presented by the City of Albany and Albany Community Together, will include the transfer of the chairman’s gavel; honor the Chamber’s Lifetime Service Award recipient, 1991 Albany Area Chamber Chairwomen and Realtor Patsy Martin of Coldwell Banker Walden & Kirkland; and announce the 2022 Albany Under 40 Young Professional of the Year.

The event, hosted on the Bricks at Thronateeska in downtown Albany under a canopy of lights, kicks off at 6 p.m. with a reception that includes an oyster bar and an assortment of small dishes prepared by local Chamber member food vendors. The program starts at 7 p.m

We thank all our event sponsors for their generous support of the 113th annual meeting.

We look forward to seeing you May 3!
