Westover Boys Cross Country Claims Region Title; Lady Pats Runners Up

The Westover Patriots Cross Country team were crowned region champions during a recent meet in Albany.
The Patriots squad managed to fend off Bainbridge, Cairo, Shaw and Hardaway for the Region Title.
After a tough race, the Lady Pats took Region Runner Up.
All-Region Individual Honors from Westover are Xavier Mallory, Zion Clark, Tania Lamar, Nina Daniel and Yaliza Wright.
In addition to these runners, the following scored for the team, Tyrese Williams, Stephan Herring, Edison Vicente, Andraus Anderson, Rodrick Young, Destiny Love, Alannah Wilder, Cindy Sontay and Evelyn Vicente.
