Phoebe's Living and Learning Center Has Been Given the Green Light to Begin Construction

Friday afternoon, Judge Victoria Darrisaw made a decision regarding the future of Phoebe's Living and Learning Center.
The conclusion to the ongoing debate is that Darrisaw ruled in favor of Phoebe, the City of Albany and the Hospital Authority with an order to deny the motion to recuse and an order granting the motion to dismiss the restraining order filed previously by the Historic Preservation Commission.
