Med Camp Held to Cultivate Future Rural Healthcare Professionals

Monday kicked off a week long Med Camp that is being held on the campus of Andrew College. The camp is a collaborative effort between Andrew College, Mercer University School of Medicine, and the Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center to help cultivate students in rural parts of Georgia for a career in healthcare. The participating students were selected from Randolph Clay Middle School and they will have classes in areas including heart health, nutrition, lung health, and mental health.
