The Albany Fire Department offers Fire Safety Blitz to residents to prepare and protect themselves in the event of a fire.
The fire safety blitz is conducted within 24 hours of a fire. The department says it is done within that timeframe so that the information is still fresh in the minds of the neighbors. See more.
