Dougherty County Students Enjoy Georgia-grown Strawberries

Thanks to a local partnership, Dougherty County students had the "berry" best time taste testing and learning about strawberries throughout April and May.
Flint River Fresh, Beyond Harvest Foods, and the Dougherty County Schools School Nutrition Services partnered together to give 3,150 pounds of Georgia-grown strawberries from Dickey Farms in Musella, GA to all 22 Schools in the Dougherty County School System. See more here.
