The Topic of Controversy of Albany's Rails to Trails Project

There has been a lot of back and fourth for Albany City Commissioners when it comes to the Rails to Trails project.
The idea began years ago, when a group of people petitioned to railbank an abandoned railroad track that goes from Albany to Sasser.
It was an idea then, and as Commissioner Chad Warbington explained it's still just an idea today as there's never been a formal plan. See more here.
