'Family Dollar' Could be the First Dollar Store to sell Alcohol in Albany

A hot topic at the Albany City Commission meeting on Tuesday was the first Family Dollar in the city requesting an alcohol license.
The idea of a Family Dollar selling liquor had mixed emotions; the proposal was not initially very popular among commissioners when it was presented to them.
