Dougherty County Commissioners Award Bid for Phase II and III of Radium Springs Upgrades

Dougherty County commissioners have accepted a bid for the installation of Phase II and III of Radium Springs.
The nearly one million dollar project bid approval didn’t come easy.
In the Dougherty County commission meeting Monday, a motion for HTS Construction to be awarded this bid was first denied in a 3-4 vote.
