The Center for Business Solutions at Albany Tech is an approved Real Estate school in Georgia. Our 75-hour Pre-License course is required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission before sitting for the State Licensing Exam.

This evening course will meet on campus at Albany Tech on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30-9:30 pm.  

Enrollment fee is $559.00. Students must purchase a textbook from the retailer of their choice, Principles of Real Estate Practice in Georgia, 2nd Edition, (authors, Mettling, Cusic, Stanfill). Enrollment deadline is January 22, 2022.
