Colony Bank today announced that Kelly Kremer has joined the Company as a Mortgage Loan Originator for its Albany market.

Commenting on the announcement, Jesse Kight, Mortgage Division President, said, "We are very pleased to welcome Kelly to Colony Bank and look forward to her contributions to our mortgage team. Her expertise in all aspects of mortgage underwriting and real estate will be an excellent complement to our existing capabilities and will allow us to deepen our commitment and service to the Albany market."

Kremer has over 12 years of banking experience. She has served in a range of financial operations and management roles with AB&T, Georgia Bank and Trust, RBC, PNC Bank, and Wells Fargo. Kremer has a strong background in underwriting, new product development, administration, strategic planning, team building and leadership. She also brings a deep understanding of real estate and various financing options, including FHA, VA, and conventional mortgages. She is a member of the Board of Realtors and Builder's Associations for Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. Kelly resides in Albany, GA with her husband, Jim, with whom she shares two grown children.
