Dougherty County Commissioner Retires After Serving the "The Good Life City" for Decades

After three decades of serving Dougherty County and the City of Albany, Lamar Hudgins has decided to step down as a Dougherty County commissioner.
Hudgins served as a City of Albany commissioner for two years before serving on the Dougherty County Commission for 28 years.
