Albany Citizen Looks to Create Program to Help Minority Owned Businesses

At Monday's Dougherty County Work Session, an Albany citizen followed up with commissioners on a plan he proposed to help minority owned businesses in the area.
William Wright previously addressed the commission at their October 26 meeting to establish a minority business enterprise program.
