Capstone Building Corp. Begins $13.7M Project in Albany

Birmingham’s Capstone Building Corp. has begun work on a $13.7 million, 279-unit rental assistance demonstration rehabilitation project in Albany, Ga.
Multi-family developers Hunt Companies and Boulevard Group, in conjunction with the Housing Authority of the City of Albany, are involved in the project, with Pennrose, LLC executing the development project on behalf of Hunt and Boulevard Group. Renovations should be completed in February 2022.
