Plains Community Celebrates Jimmy Carter's 96th Birthday

It was a celebration fit for a president as the Plains community came out to honor Jimmy Carter on his 96th birthday on Thursday.
Carter reached a new milestone of becoming the oldest living president, surpassing George H.W. Bush who passed away November of 2018.
