Dougherty County Commissioners Propose Ideas to Increase Crime-Stoppers Participation

After a surge in violence over the last few weeks in Albany, Dougherty County Commissioners discussed ways to help motivate citizens to report crimes.
Through the anonymous tip line Crime-Stoppers callers are able to report criminal activity, but not with a big pay out.
