This is not an online class. Although students will have access to an online environment where course materials are stored, this is a face-to-face class that is conducted through the internet.

Student must have a computer with web cam and microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires that individuals planning to sit for the Georgia state licensing exam take an approved 75-hour pre-licensing course. This course fulfills that requirement.

• Interact with your instructor and classmates.

• Attend class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings via your computer.

• Class dates:  September 1 - December 17, 2020; 6:30-9:30 pm
