Expansion of Albany State Housing is Now One Step Closer to Happening

At Tuesday night's commission meeting, Albany City Commission and Mayor Dorothy Hubbard approved the closure of a portion of E. Second Avenue and two unopened alleys for off-campus housing by a private developer.
