Cal McMillian has joined Flint Community Bank as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer. He is a 35-year veteran in the banking industry most recently serving as Market President for Ameris Bank, Albany and Cordele. Cal has held positions of Chief Credit Officer, Senior Lending Officer and Commercial Lender. 

He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Troy State University and completed his graduate studies in business and finance at Georgia College & State University.  Cal is an honor graduate of the Georgia Banking Association Banking School

He is active in the community, serving as a board member for ADICA.  Cal is a former director of the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce, former board member of Southern Regional Technical College and an Alumni of Leadership Georgia.

He and his wife Doris currently reside in Worth County and have two adult sons.
