Flint Community Bank’s Leadership Academy is for leaders and business owners to refine and strengthen their leadership skills while providing networking and accountability in the marketplace. The carefully selected leaders will experience a hands-on, highly experiential leadership development opportunity designed specifically for local community leaders and business owners. Facilitated by Leadership coach, Darla Harms, participants get to enrich their leadership abilities through interactions with peers during the one-year program. Flint Community Bank believes that participation will benefit the leaders in numerous ways including servant leadership, empowering their team, building influence, creating a leadership culture, and growing their organization.
