Colony Bankcorp, Inc. Declares Third Quarter Dividend

Colony Bankcorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable September 28, 2018 to shareholders of record on September 3, 2018. Projected earnings along with Colony’s capital position were considered in setting the dividend payment. Colony’s capital position remains strong with its total risk-based capital approximating 15.74 percent – well above the regulatory minimum requirement of 10 percent to be categorized as “well-capitalized.”
