Radium Springs Elementary School recently received a generous donation of school supplies from Albany business, the Webstaurant Store. 

The Webstaurant Store is the leading restaurant equipment and supply website in the United States.  It is owned by Clark Associates based in Lancaster, Pennslyvania. 

In July, Albany Webstaurant employees hosted a Family Fun Day at Chehaw Park and asked employees to donate $5.00 worth of school supplies as their admission to the family event. Company representative, Patrice J. Smith said that Radium Springs Elementary was selected as the recipient of the school supplies because their students were directly impacted by the storms earlier this year. 

Ms. Smith stated that Webstaurant hopes the donation will make things less stressful for those who may not have the financial resources to get back-to-school supplies.
