ACRI Presents FAMU Society Concert Chorale April 9th

The Albany Civil Rights Institute presents the world famous Florida A&M University Society Concert Chorale in concert on Sunday, April 9th at 6:00 p.m. This event is sponsored by Accounting Management Inc., and will be held in Building J on the West Campus of Albany State University.
Under the direction of Dr. Mark Butler, former Dougherty High choral director, the FAMU Society Concert Chorale is well known for the diverse repertoire that spans the choral genres of classical, jazz, gospel, spiritual and multicultural styles.
Dr. Butler is a published composer, whose compositions have quickly grown to popular fame are in demand at national and international music conferences and festivals.
This aggregation of Music majors, and non Music majors have performed at Carnegie Hall and in summer opera productions.
Tickets for this event are $10 and may be purchased at The Civil Rights Institute located at 326 Whitney Avenue.
There will be a limited number of tickets sold at the door on the day of the event.
