The event was hosted at the Southwest Georgia Regional Education Services Agency, or RESA, in Camilla.

The program is aimed at students throughout Southwest Georgia who have elevated themselves as young leaders.

The event featured motivational and leadership speakers, activities aimed at developing soft skills, leadership traits, and opportunities for growth.

The students from Dougherty County who attended the event were part of the GCAPS, or Georgia Civic Awareness Program for Students, program, which is a partnership between the Dougherty County School System and the Dougherty County Commission.
