The Lunch & Learn - Changes to the FLSA White Collar Exemptions in the Overtime Final Rule will be Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

In this session, Sherrie Maxwell, SPHR, Human Capital Management Consultant with Moulton and Hardin, Inc. will discuss the Department of Labor’s recent announcement and the increases to the salary level requirements for white collar overtime exemptions and what it means to the employer. She will explain the steps employers need to start taking now to ensure they are in compliance with DOL’s Final Rule: from exploring the myriad of options that are available, to developing plans to reclassify employees and to communicate the changes.
