Get Inspired at Phoebe’s 13th Annual Women’s Health Conference Oct. 15th

Confidence, hope, nutrition – these are just a few of the topics that will be discussed at Phoebe’s 13th Annual Women’s Health Conference held on Saturday, October 15, at HealthWorks from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event, which is free and open to the public, features health screenings, information booths, free continental breakfast and lunch, door prizes, physician-led sessions and a survivor recognition ceremony.
 
This year’s theme, “Be Inspired,” is about inspiring and supporting women to live a healthier, more balanced life. Attendees will hear inspirational stories, and learn about nutrition and fitness. Special guest speakers for the event are Ruthie Garner, retired local TV personality, who will share her personal journey in battling cancer, and Colette Jenkins, CEO of Chosen to Conquer, will speak about conquering fears and her past trials with Multiple Sclerosis.
