Jason Rooks has been promoted to Senior Vice President/ Commercial Lending Manager at Flint Community Bank in Albany, Georgia.  Rooks holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Southern and is a graduate of The Georgia Banking School at University of Georgia.  Rooks was in community banking for 10 years before joining Flint Community Bank in 2011 as VP/Commercial Lender.  Outside of the bank, he currently serves as Chair-elect of Community Bankers of Georgia Leadership Division and on the board of directors for Leadership Albany, Inc.  Rooks previously served as Chairman for Lee County Chamber of Commerce and on the boards for United Way of Southwest Georgia and Albany Sertoma Club.  He is a graduate of Leadership Lee (2008), Leadership Albany (2010) and is a member of Greenbriar Church.
