Deerfield Windsor’s Geoffery Sudderth is Learning on the Job

In May, Geoffrey Sudderth was tabbed as the man to replace Deerfield-Windsor School’s outgoing Headmaster Dave Davies. Sudderth will assume the position on July 1 of next year upon Davies’ departure, and he has some unique challenges ahead of him.
Sudderth’s May 24 ascension to headmaster in waiting came as a surprise, and he has spent the past two months shadowing Davies, while also talking to teachers, parents and community leaders.
